At our retreat, we strive to find the best surf spots that promise unforgettable sessions for both novice riders and experienced surfers alike. Nestled amidst lush greenery, our quaint tropical villas offer a serene sanctuary mere steps from the stunning shores of Shacks Beach.

THE SURF
Our retreats in Puerto Rico are held in the Spring, this time of year is considered the shoulder season, and the surf is typically smaller and less people. Two things we love! all surf. All surf breaks are mix or reef and sand if you would prefer to wear booties we suggest packing them.
YOGA
Join us at our daily yoga classes crafted specifically to address the unique needs of surfers. Our classes aim to provide rejuvenation and release to your body, tailored to restore and re-energize after exhilarating hours in the waves. Developed by seasoned surfers, our sessions blend restorative and yin yoga to aid in healing from the physical demands of paddling and surfing, ensuring you remain in optimal condition for your surfing experiences.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance if you don't already have it. The best policy is a cancel for any reason policy (CFAR).
SURF COACHING
Our pillars of coaching:
Support: We believe ALL women are capable of standing up on a board. We break down the pop-up process and find a method of getting up that works for you.
Encourage: Expect a lot of hooting and hollering from your coaches and your new comrades!
Empower: We can set you up for the perfect wave but when the moment comes to surf, its only you the ocean and your board.
* We welcome first time surfers as well as intermediate rippers. Surfer to instructor ratio is generally 2:1 depending on conditions and level of individual surfers.
CAMPOMAR VILLAS
Campomar Villas is a lush tropical retreat that is only a short walk away from beautiful and exclusive Shack's Beach in Isabela, Puerto Rico. We have 6 different units to choose from, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms. A 15 x 30 black bottom pool, gazebo and large garden area are shared with our guests. Our property is located at the end of a private road which dead ends underneath a spectacular 200-foot limestone cliff.
THE FOOD
At Sister Surf & Yoga Retreat we have local chefs prepare our meals. We always have fresh tropical fruit and produce, locally caught fish, and whatever local delicacy that is in season. Menus vary at all locations but we tend to make our menus heavy on the fruit and veggies and fresh salad at all dinners. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can make sure we accommodate your needs.
GETTING HERE
San Juan Airport SJU
It takes around 2 hours to travel from San Juan Airport to our villa. The shuttles usually leave by 3:00 pm, so aim for midday flight arrivals.
Shuttle will depart Campo mar Villas to SJU on the morning of departure. Times vary depending on outgoing flight time but typically 8:00 am.
Aguadilla BQN
Arrivals and departure flights from Aguadilla, travel time is only 10 minutes away. We can organize shuttles according to your flight times. Check out is 11:00 am.
