Our base of operations in El Salvador, Casa Las Flores, is conveniently located just steps from the Las Flores wave. We offer premium accommodations along with a vibrant Bar & Restaurant, a refreshing swimming pool, surfboard rentals, and a unique atmosphere that captures the spirit of the surf lifestyle.
Casa Las Flores offers five bedrooms facing the swimming pool, each room includes private bathroom, showers with hot water, air-conditioning, and WIFI. Our restaurant “Big Wave” opens at 6:00am offering high quality coffee and breakfast, and full bar service with a large selection of local and imported beer.
The property offers direct and easy access to Las Flores and La Vaca waves.
The waves in the region are: Las Flores, Punta Mango, La Vaca, El Toro, Punta Bongo and some fun beach breaks.

This is our first time to El Salvador with Sister Surf retreats, we are looking forward to sharing an amazing experience with all in a new spot! This retreat will have a max of 8 guest, a local surf guide and 2-3 female instructors.
Level: Advanced Beginners +
For this location you must be able to paddle out, turtle roll/ duck dive and go down the line and turn.

We are here to support you through your surfing experience weather it is your first time on a board, or you are an experienced surfer already and would like to take your surfing to the next level. We cater to each individual surfing needs.
Encourage: Our team is incredibly enthusiastic to help women learn the art of surfing. Anticipate plenty of hooting and lively hollering from our seasoned coaches and your fellow surfers as you embark on this exciting journey with us.

* We welcome first time surfers as well as intermediate rippers. Surfer to instructor ratio is generally 2:1 depending on conditions and level of individual surfers.

Our classes aim to provide rejuvenation and release to your body, tailored to restore and re-energize after hours in the water. Developed by seasoned surfers, our sessions blend restorative and yin yoga to aid in healing from the physical demands of paddling and surfing, ensuring you remain in optimal condition for your surfing experiences.
