I feel lost in this world, seperate and alone

I grab my surfboard , I head to the surf
I ask the water please heal me, I am sad, I feel alone in this world
The waves touch my toes inviting me in.
The ocean says come be with me, I will hold you, I will love you, I am always here for you. I will heal your broken heart and the parts of you that feel lost, sad and alone.
I am pure love the ocean says. I am always here with you and for you, I never leave your side. You don’t have to feel alone anymore.
I am you and you are me.
I realize I am the ocean..
The I Am presence that I am is always with me. I don’t have to go anywhere or be any different or do anything.
It is the present moment. It is what we all are in our essence and is always right here.
