Ingredients
2 cups yellow fin tuna
1 large avocado
1 medium cucumber
2 juice of two large limes
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt & pepper (to taste)
1/2 cup Italian parsley
Recipe
Chop tuna, cucumber, and avocado
juice limes and pour over the mixture
let sit for 20 minutes
add parsley, salt and pepper to taste
serve with corn chips or bread
